- Since this product has a matte surface and is more textured compared to porcelain, it is prone to metal marks from flatware. Metal marks are grayish marks that are caused by flatware rubbing against the plates. You can remove the marks by using soap and the scrubbing side of a sponge or scouring pad. Bar Keepers Friend cleaning liquid works especially well.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.
Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Le Creuset Warranty
To make a warranty claim, consumers should call the Le Creuset helpline at 1-877-CREUSET (273-8738) to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to mailing their cookware to us.
Once an authorization number is received, the product should be mailed to the address below. We recommend using a traceable means to return the product as Le Creuset of America, Inc., is not responsible for damages or lost or stolen merchandise. A return address and a brief note explaining the defect should also be included. Turnaround time on returns is typically two to four weeks after receipt of an item.

Rated 1 out of 5 by SDyke from Terrible Quality - Coupe Line Purchased full set of Matte Coupe 6 months ago and have had over 5 pieces chip on the edges. Pieces show silverware markings way too easy from usage. Since we didn't raise this as an issue with Williams-Sonoma before 90 days within purchase, I was guided that I had to go to Le Creuset. With Le Creuset, I had to open a case for each piece, send in a picture so they could review the damage and inspect whether user caused or a defect. A week after submitting, I reached out to Le Creuset for an update and was told replacement pieces coming. Very thankful for this for sure but absolutely concerned on future chips as we selected this dinnerware to use daily. Been a poor quality product and burdensome experience for us. Used Fiesta dinnerware for 10 years and never a chip. Yes, I know the scratch marks are just "marks", but no matter what product I use, I can only get about 50% of the marks off. If this dinnerware were a much lower price, one could say, "oh, well, it's cheap stuff." But Le Creuset products are notoriously expensive, and most of the time the quality is very high. Not this time. W-S should stop selling this dinnerware and offer refunds/store credit to anyone who purchased it. OR come up with a product that cleans at least 90% of the marks off. Has anyone at W-S tried to clean the white plates with Barkeeper's Friend, Bon Ami, etc? Using a scrub brush is laughable - nothing appearance-wise changes. C'mon, folks, you have a good reputation with your customers. Big mistake. After one meal of eggs (so forks, no knives) our plates are covered in small dark scratches (we chose the white finish). From the first time they are touched with silverware, they develop immediate and irreversible scratches on white and gray plates.
