Rated 1 out of 5 by Beowulf from Stainless Steel is more non-stick I bought the set of two pans in my local store about 6 months ago. I use non stick pans daily, always hand wash them with a non-scratch sponge. I was really excited to get these new pans as my last ones were the $10 Red Copper pans from Costco and they only lasted about a year. I wanted these to last a long time. From the beginning, you have to add as much oil as you would with Stainless Steel pans other wise EVERYTHING sticks to it. Even with a ton of oil it will still stick. and its very difficult to clean once food is stuck to it. This is a very high maintenance pan. The other part is that neither of these pans is flat. My omeletes look like crescents because the middle is raised and all the food and liquids run to the edges creating a food donut. I can't believe I spent $120 on this set. I am Williams-Sonoma loyal as they have helped me many times. I just can't believe they carry this productDate published: 2020-01-10Rated 1 out of 5 by Malav from Stay Away. Please do not waste your money Completely agree with the other poor reviews. The pans are not even remotely non stick. I usually treat all my cookware with extreme care. I never put them in the dishwasher, never use metal utensils (even if they say its safe to do so). Even with the utmost care and not very extensive use, this pan, in no time started to accumulate food, cook unevenly and just was painful to cook in. Complete waste of money. What is worse is that a store with a reputation like Williams Sonoma stores their product, which is such a shame.Date published: 2019-11-29Rated 1 out of 5 by Tikidoc from Worst pans ever I bought a couple different styles of Green Pans when they were on sale, knowing that I would eventually need to replace my nonstick pans. I bought both the ceramic (not sure if it is this exact model) and another type that was brownish in color. They were stored for about a year before use, in the original box. Green Pans are not remotely non-stick. Even prepared with butter or bacon fat, eggs stick to the entire surface of the pan. They were terrible from day one. Unfortunately, when I inquired at W-S about getting a refund, they said I had waited too long and would have to go to Green Pan, who never answered my email. Into the trash they went because they were completely useless. Stay away.Date published: 2019-10-05
