Artisans at Chicago-based More® prepare them from scratch in small batches, using premium ingredients like Madagascar Bourbon vanilla and Valrhona chocolate, creamy ganache, mousse and billowy buttercream. Expertly decorated by hand in a selection of top school colors, the cupcakes come in three decadent flavors.
- Belgian Chocolate More® Grad Hat Cupcakes (4): Deep, dark Belgian chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream center.
- Vanilla Valrhona Small Stars Cupcakes (2): Madagascar Bourbon vanilla cake with Valrhona chocolate mousse center and vanilla buttercream.
- Salted Caramel Diploma and Large Star Cupcakes (3): Vanilla cake with caramel center filled with light caramel buttercream.

- Use & Care
- The cupcakes ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon receipt, wrap the box with plastic wrap or store the cupcakes in an airtight container in the freezer. The cupcakes will keep for up to 1 month in the freezer. We do not recommend refrigerating the cupcakes.
- The cupcakes are best enjoyed at ambient temperature. Approx. 2–3 hours prior to serving, remove cupcakes from container in freezer. This is best done while the cupcakes are frozen to prevent damaging the icing. Allow the cupcakes to come to room temperature.
- Belgian Chocolate More®: All-purpose white cake flour, granulated sugar, egg white, corn syrup, salt, baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), baking soda (sodium aluminum sulfate), dry powder cocoa, whole egg, vanilla extract, milk, canola vegetable oil, 62% dark chocolate (cocoa bean, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin [emulsifier], natural vanilla extract), butter, FD&C Red #3, Red #40.
- Vanilla Valrhona: Milk, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, 62% dark chocolate (cocoa bean, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin [emulsifier], vanilla extract), heavy cream, water, eggs, egg white, vanilla bean paste, Red #40.
- Salted Caramel: All-purpose white flour, granulated sugar, water, egg white, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, heavy cream, salt, baking soda (sodium aluminum sulfate), baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), whole egg, buttermilk, Green #2, Red #3, Blue #1, Yellow #6.
