If you can't get to Memphis, let Memphis come to you with this quintet of Southern specialties. Showcasing authentic barbecue at its finger-licking best, each heat-and-eat entrée is hand-rubbed with special seasonings, slow-cooked over glowing hickory embers and basted with smoky-sweet tomato barbecue sauce. The assortment comes from a family-owned barbecue joint in Memphis, where pitmasters have been serving up award-winning classics for over 25 years.

Pork Ribs: Full slab of classic pork ribs is smoked low and slow to fall-off-the-bone tenderness. (1 lb. 8 oz.)

Pulled Pork: Slow-smoked pork shoulder is shredded by hand, then smothered with plenty of smoky-sweet sauce. (1 lb.)

Smoked Wings: Smoked to golden-brown goodness, these chicken wings will fly off the plate in no time. (1 lb.)

Pulled Chicken: Hand-pulled seasoned chicken breast basted with barbecue sauce. (1 lb.)

Beef Brisket: Great on its own or piled high on buns for sandwiches, this barbecue beef brisket is slow-smoked to tender, juicy perfection. (1 lb.)

Use & Care

Receiving Instructions

  • The sampler ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. To store for later consumption, remove from shipping container and place, unopened, in the freezer, where the items will keep for up to 1 month.

Proper Thawing Technique

  • For best results, thaw unopened containers in the refrigerator for 24 hours before heating.
  • General Reheating Tips
  • Use caution when removing containers from microwave or oven since they will be very hot.
  • Serve food immediately after reheating.
  • Refrigerate all leftovers and consume within 3 days.

Pork Ribs

Outdoor Grill

  • Preheat grill to medium-hot (350°F to 400°F).
  • Remove ribs from plastic pouch.
  • Place them on grill directly over coals.
  • Brush liberally with remaining barbecue sauce left in pouch.
  • Close grill cover and cook ribs for 18–25 minutes, turning them every 5 minutes.

Microwave

  • Remove ribs from pouch.
  • Cut them in half and place both halves side by side on microwave-safe plate.
  • Brush liberally with remaining barbecue sauce left in plastic pouch.
  • Place plate in microwave.
  • Cook ribs at full power for 3 minutes.
  • Rearrange ribs on plate.
  • Return to microwave oven and resume cooking at full power for an additional 2–3 minutes.

Conventional Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Remove ribs from plastic pouch. Place them on baking pan and brush liberally with remaining barbecue sauce left in pouch.
  • Place pan on middle shelf in oven.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes.

Pulled Pork

  • This product was made using our own Memphis-style tradition of "pulling" the pork shoulder. It is possible that small bones could be present after the meat has been pulled. Use a fork to remove any bones before serving.

Microwave Instructions:

  • Remove plastic cover.
  • Cover tray with paper towel.
  • Heat at full power for 2 minutes.
  • Remove tray from microwave oven and use fork to loosen and rearrange meat.
  • Heat at full power for additional 1–2 minutes.

Conventional Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Remove plastic cover from tray.
  • Loosen meat with fork, then cover top tightly with foil.
  • Place tray on baking pan on center rack of oven and heat for 30–35 minutes.

Smoked Wings

Grilling Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-hot (350° to 400°F).
  • Remove wings from pouch and place them uncovered on grill.
  • Pour half of the remaining barbecue sauce left in pouch over wings. Heat for 5–10 minutes.
  • Turn wings over and pour the remaining barbecue sauce in pouch over them.
  • Heat for an additional 5 minutes or until wings are at least 165°F.

Conventional Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Remove wings from plastic pouch and place them uncovered on oven-safe baking pan.
  • Pour half of the remaining sauce over wings.
  • Heat wings for 20 minutes and turn them over. Pour the remaining barbecue sauce left in pouch over wings and continue heating for an additional 15–20 minutes or until they are at least 165°F.

Pulled Chicken

Microwave

  • Remove plastic cover.
  • Cover tray with paper towel.
  • Heat at full power for 2 minutes.
  • Remove tray from microwave oven and use fork to loosen and rearrange meat.
  • Heat again at full power for 2–3 minutes until meat has reached 160°F.
  • Remove from oven and serve.

Conventional Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Remove plastic cover from tray.
  • Loosen meat with fork, then cover top tightly with foil.
  • Place tray on baking pan on center rack of oven and heat for 30–35 minutes until meat is 160°F.

Beef Brisket

  • Microwave Instructions
  • Remove from pouch.
  • Cover tray with paper towel.
  • Heat at full power for 2 minutes.
  • Remove tray from microwave oven and use fork to loosen and rearrange meat.
  • Heat at full power for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  • Conventional Oven
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Remove plastic cover from tray.
  • Loosen meat with fork, then cover top tightly with foil.
  • Place tray on baking pan on center rack of oven and heat for 30–35 minutes.

Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.
