Strawberries are excellent
I didn't have the 6 hours to refrigerate, so I put the wine, some sugar and vanilla bean in a pan and warmed it. I put remaining sugar on the strawberries in a bowl. Made wine mixture slightly syrupy and then added the strawberries; heated for 5 minutes more. Left at room temp. Used all the same ingredients.
