Ingredients
- 2 lb. (1 kg) chicken wings, tips removed and wings cut into drummettes and flats
- 1/2 cup (4 fl. oz./125 ml) honey
- 1/4 cup (2 fl. oz./60 ml) sriracha
- 3 Tbs. soy sauce
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro leaves for serving
- Blue cheese dip for serving
Directions
Preheat a Philips air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
Carefully place half of the chicken wings in the variety cooking basket and insert the basket into the air fryer. Cook, uncovered, turning the wings with tongs 2 or 3 times during cooking, until the skin is browned and crisp, 26 to 28 minutes. Repeat with the remaining wings.
While the wings cook, in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, butter and lime juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until the sauce has reduced slightly, 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer the wings to a large bowl, add the sauce and toss to coat. Transfer to a platter and sprinkle cilantro leaves on top. Serve immediately with the blue cheese dip alongside. Serves 4.
