The Ritz 110
Opened in 1906, the Ritz London is one of the most famous hotels in the world. Its Louis XVI and 24-carat gold leaf interiors inspired the gold-infused Ritz 110 cocktail, which was made to celebrate the hotel’s 110th birthday.
Ingredients
- 3/4 fl. oz. (25 ml) Gold-Infused Absolut Elyx vodka
- 1/3 fl. oz. (10 ml) Grand Marnier orange liqueur
- Dash of Crème de Pêche peach liqueur
- Champagne
- 1 brown sugar cube
- Orange peel, for garnish
Directions
In a Champagne coup, combine the vodka and liqueurs. Top with Champagne and garnish with an orange peel. Drop the sugar cube into the center of the glass to make the drink effervesce. Serve immediately. Makes 1 drink.
