Pomegranate Gin Fizz
Read Reviews >
Our Pomegranate-Blueberry Cocktail Mixer, a sweet-tart blend of fruit juices and pure cane sugar, is the basis of this festive cocktail with a pale pink color. For an even prettier presentation, garnish the finished drink with a lime wheel or a sprinkling of fresh pomegranate seeds.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. (60 ml) gin
- 4 oz. (125 ml) Pomegranate-Blueberry Cocktail Mixer
- 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Grand Marnier
- Splash of chilled club soda
- 1 lime wedge
Directions
In a highball glass fill with crushed ice, pour the gin, cocktail mix and Grand Marnier. Top with the club soda, stir gently and squeeze the lime wedge over the top. Makes 1 drink.

Holiday Cocktail Party starter
I served this cocktail to my holiday party guests as they arrived and it was a huge hit! A perfect first cocktail to kick off the festive evening (not too strong, but not too sweet).
This recipe uses the Pomegranate-Blueberry mixer, but the Williams-Sonoma Best of Thanksgiving cookbook features the recipe sans mixer and with real pomegranate juice.

Nice Cocktail
I usually make my own cocktail mix when I have friends over for a girls night out but in my last party, I did not have the time to make one. Instead, I bought this cocktail mix. It was a hit and everybody loved it! I used vodka instead of gin and garnished with blueberries. It's now my go-to mix, and I will certainly keep some in stock for my next party.
