Ingredients
2 Tbs. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 1/2 lb. (750 g) spinach
Kosher salt, to taste
Directions
In a large nonstick fry pan over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the spinach in batches and cook until wilted, 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and serve immediately. Serves 6 to 8.

Easy and deliciousThis is excellent when you need a healthy side dish to go with your main dish. I used mince garlic, added a little bit of chicken broth and a dash of low sodium soy sauce. Awesome!
