GREAT HEALTHY SMOOTHIE
THIS IS A GREAT SMOOTHIE. CONSIDERING HOW MANY VEGGIES YOU GET INTO IT, IT TASTES GREAT. MY HUSBAND EVEN LIKED IT, AND HE IS NOT REALLY INTO HEALTHY FOOD. GREAT HEALTHY SNACK.

Surprised!
I tried this only because I was looking for recipes using kale. I expected a very different flavor, maybe like, horrors, liquid salad. Far from! The lemon, orange and mango add sweetness to the greens, which in turn keep the flavor from being cloyingly fruity. End result, fresh. Love it.

This is delicious
I made this yesterday for an afternoon snack. It was really good. I used coconut water in place of the plain water and frozen fruit in place of the ice cubes.
