Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa
3 Tbs. creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 bananas, peeled
2 Tbs. omega 3 smoothie mixer
Directions
In a blender, combine the almond milk, yogurt, cocoa, peanut butter, vanilla, bananas and smoothie mixer and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes about 4 cups.

Delicious!!This smoothie is a really delicious break from the monotony of the typical fruit smoothie. When we made it, we made a couple of changes, just because we wanted to use ingredients we had on hand. We used regular yogurt instead of greek, and put flax seed in to give it a burst of o-3's! A little ice was definitely needed too, to cool it down from lukewarm. Overall, super tasty and low-cal!

Disappointing!So excited to try this shake recipe! Unfortunately we wasted a bunch of good ingredients! The shake was bitter and sour! We dumped the entire blender! so sad!
