Carrot and Apple Juice with Ginger

Combining just four ingredients, this simple juice packs a flavorful punch. Stir in the lemon juice after you’ve juiced the carrots, apples and ginger (don’t juice the lemon along with the other ingredients).
Ingredients
- 10 carrots
- 5 green apples
- Knob of fresh ginger
- Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
Wash the carrots, apples and ginger well, then cut them up as needed to fit through the chute of your juicer. Juice the ingredients (except the lemon juice) in the order listed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Stir in the lemon juice and serve immediately. Makes 4 cups.

mmmm this rocks
A great way to start juicing it's the color of a ripe cantaloupe, sweet jut not to sweet with a slight burn from the ginger. Ok maybe I put a bigger piece of ginger in but this was delicious
