A Smoothie Treat
I loved this smoothie. It was like a sweet treat mini meal. I replaced the non-fat milk with Almond milk and it was delicious. I used a little less peanut butter because I'm expecting a baby and trying to limit the amount of peanuts/peanut butter I have, but this is a MUST TRY!

A treat substantial enough for a quick breakfast
I froze the banana slices so I didn't have to use ice. The whole family loved it.
