Rated 5 out of 5 by Sarah1216 from Huge Potholder! This potholder is way over-sized! Not that that's a bad thing, it just takes a little getting used to. It's better than being too small. It's heavy, which is the most important thing, but not so heavy as to be inflexible. I love it for it's looks, too! The black stripe goes well in my farmhouse kitchen.Date published: 2016-04-17Rated 5 out of 5 by LKR48 from Your "House" Potholders I was given a set of these potholders as a gift after we remodeled our kitchen 16 years ago. I use these potholders daily, and they're just now starting to fall apart a little. The stitches are rotting. I'm going to buy more of these. They are, hands down, THE best potholders I've ever used and will ever use. Yes, I also have small hands, but not only do I like the size of them, but I like how thick they are. It's only been once or twice where the potholders didn't stand up to the heat I was working with, but they are just fabulous.Date published: 2016-01-12Rated 5 out of 5 by bweesner from Little larger than expected Moving into a condo, I wanted slightly smaller potholders, thinking it would be just that more space-saving somehow. These are "regular sized" or a bit larger, and very strong, thick even when your hand is in the "mitt" portion of this. I have already washed two of them, and they take longer to dry in the dryer than our old ones - but go figure - they were worn out. They match the towels and oven mitts, so overall very happy, and would definitely recommend.Date published: 2015-08-26Rated 1 out of 5 by RetiredBadgerFan from Much too large I ordered these potholders inspite of reading reviews that they were small. I have small hands so I thought they would be fine. Unfortunately, they must have changed the size because they are absolutely huge. I have had many sets of potholders over the years and I've never seen a set so large. I really cannot even use them. They are too large for my husband, also. I burned myself the first time I used them because they are so large that one slipped around and almost fell off while I was transporting a hot dish from the oven to my counter. I should have returned them.Date published: 2015-06-19Rated 5 out of 5 by Amymk from Great pot holders I bought 6 of the grey pot holders. The size is perfect - big enough so you don't burn your hands. The color is nice also. I would definitely buy these again.Date published: 2015-04-21Rated 5 out of 5 by MammawRN from Another Great Potholder! This is one of the best potholders I have used. It's thick enough to keep from burning your hand but flexible enough for you to get a good hold of a dish, pot, or pan. It is a little big for me since I have small hands and, I admit that is a negative for the product. I thought it would shrink when washed but it didn't. I still like it and am not sorry I bought it. I would caution a small handed person to think about it and I still recommend it.Date published: 2015-01-20Rated 5 out of 5 by CarolsKuchnia from Durable & Great Design Generous enough in size to accomodate larger hands & tough enough to endure multiple washing, with Tide & bleach, on a sturdy washer setting. I am not kind to my kitchen linens and still these potholders & mitts, held up for eight years. Well worth the money.Date published: 2014-11-28Rated 5 out of 5 by MsTexas from Pot holder Love this item. It is sturdy and large enough to protect your entire hand.
