Ebelskiver Pancake Mix

The traditional Advent treat in Denmark, ebelskiver are light, puffy little pancakes with an apple (ebel in Danish) filling. Year-round, they prove their versatility beyond breakfast as hors d'oeuvres or desserts when filled with fruit, jam, chocolate or pastry cream. Our mix combines premium ingredients for up to 75 ebelskiver cooked in a traditional pan. Enriched flour, sugar and a hint of pure Madagascar Bourbon vanilla give them a light sweetness – all you add is milk, butter, whipped egg whites and egg yolks.
