The Garden Party
This riff on a cortado created by Hill House founder and CEO Nell Diamond evokes the idea of summer in full bloom with its combination of lavender, wildflower honey and earthy espresso. Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. Williams Sonoma Lavender Coffee Syrup
- 1 tsp. local wildflower honey
- 1/4 cup (2 oz./60 ml) whole milk
- Fresh lavender sprig for garnish
Directions
In an espresso cup or mug, stir together the lavender syrup and honey. Pour the milk into the LatteGo Pro hot dispenser. Brew a cortado using the Cortado preset on the Philips Café Aromis 8000. Gently stir, garnish with lavender and serve. Makes 1 drink.
