Combining just four ingredients, this simple juice packs a flavorful punch. Stir in the lemon juice after you’ve juiced the carrots, apples and ginger (don’t juice the lemon along with the other ingredients).

Wash the carrots, apples and ginger well, then cut them up as needed to fit through the chute of your juicer. Juice the ingredients (except the lemon juice) in the order listed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Stir in the lemon juice and serve immediately. Makes 4 cups.
