Aarón's Habanero Love Guacamole

If you’re a fan of guacamole that provides a good kick, try this version seasoned with Aarón Sánchez’s Habanero Love Sauce. The award-winning chef and TV personality created this bold and spicy blend of habanero chiles, bell peppers, onions and garlic exclusively for Williams Sonoma. Use more or less sauce here, depending on your desired level of heat. For an authentic Mexican touch, toast a spoonful of dried chapulines (grasshoppers) with a bit of chili powder, lime juice and salt, then stir them into your guacamole. Pair the guac with tortilla chips and icy margaritas, or add a spoonful to tacos and tostadas.

Ingredients

Directions

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Season the avocados with salt. Add the Habanero Love Sauce and mash with the avocados, but not too smoothly; you want the guacamole to be a little chunky. Add the onion and tomatoes and stir to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt.

Garnish the guacamole with the queso fresco and radish slices. Serve immediately with tortilla chips. Serves 4.
