Almost all recipes create a complete meal so you don't have to figure out side dishes. The recipes are light, fresh, and flavorful. There is a great variety of recipes that both my non-gluten-free husband and I find delicious. In the past year, we have made about 40% of the recipes and have yet to find a bad one. The ingredient lists are reasonable, although most recipes take me longer than indicated. Williams Sonoma usually has great cookbooks and products so I figured why not. I think there was one recipe that I was interested in making.
