Williams Sonoma Dual Tip Pancake Pen
Our popular Pancake Pen now comes with a dual-tip dispenser, giving you more control and creativity for making pancakes in different shapes and sizes. The standard tip portions out traditional round hotcakes, while the fine tip works well for filling detailed pancake molds or drawing signature shapes on the griddle. Mix your batter right in the bottle, then rest the pen on its cap when not in use, so the tip is always filled with batter. The bottle holds a generous 3 cups of batter and is easy to clean when you're done.
- Mix pancake batter right in the bottle, then use the pen's precision tips to neatly guide batter onto the griddle or into pancake molds.

Rated 3 out of 5 by RenoTahoeMom from Meh I was disappointed with this after using it. It is narrow and not good for mixing the batter in. I ended up mixing in a separate bowl and pouring it into the pancake pen, but with thicker batter, you really have to give it a good squeeze to get the batter out. Also, the lid does not turn easily, so it's hard to get it to the desired opening, and difficult to clean. Kind of a hassle to use, probably not worth the expense. I bought it to use with my waffle maker to get the batter in the corners better. It does work well for that, but I'm not sure if it's worth it for that alone.Date published: 2017-03-30Rated 3 out of 5 by Jetsetjackson from I don't know how to work well with it I had a hard time making the mix in it, didn't mix well, and even after making the mix in a bowl and putting it in the pen, it still didn't work as well as I hoped. I thought it would make the job easier, but It wound up being more work. If you make the mix thick, it does not work well at all. Im going to try to use it for other things. I can see it working well with a batter that is fried.Date published: 2017-03-19
