Our premium chocolate barks are handcrafted by artisan confectioners who start by combining luscious layers of Guittard bittersweet or semisweet chocolate and creamy white chocolate. They top it all off with a tantalizing blend of ingredients for contrasting texture and flavor. Choose from three varieties:

Tart Cherry partners cherry-infused bittersweet chocolate and white chocolate with a topping of tart dried cherries.

Salted Malt Ball layers malt-infused semisweet chocolate and white chocolate with a sprinkling of crispy bits of malted milk balls and Sonoma sea salt.

Lemon & Ginger combines luscious layers of white and dark chocolate infused with Meyer lemon and tops them with candied ginger.

Tart cherry: bittersweet chocolate (chocolate liquor processed with potassium carbonate, sugar, cocoa butter, milk fat [butter]), soy lecithin emulsifier, pure vanilla, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk), soy lecithin, pure vanilla, cherries (tart cherries, sunflower oil), sour cherry flavoring. Contains milk, soy. This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, tree nuts, peanuts. Cherries may contain pits.
Salted malt ball: semisweet chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor processed with potassium carbonate, cocoa butter, butter oil), soy lecithin, pure vanilla, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk), soy lecithin, pure vanilla, malt ball (glucose syrup [corn], sugar, whey, malted milk [wheat flour, malted barley, milk, sodium, sodium bicarbonate, salt], malt extract, coconut oil, soy lecithin), malt flavoring, sea salt. Contains milk, soy, wheat/gluten. This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with tree nuts and peanuts.
