Sweet and crunchy outside, tender and tangy inside, our ginger is delicious on its own or as a substitute for dried fruit or chocolate chips in cookies, confections, cakes and other homemade desserts. The ginger chunks are simmered in pure cane-sugar syrup, then slowly dried to produce a chewy texture and a crystallized sugar crust.
