This is no ordinary coffee cake. Tzurit Or, founder of Tatte Fine Cookies & Cakes, uses the highest-quality ingredients and a treasured family recipe to handcraft our Bundt cake with carefully selected ingredients. She layers a moist, buttery sour cream cake with a mixture of Valrhona cocoa, cinnamon, crunchy fresh walnuts and brown sugar for a sophisticated blend of sweet flavors and crunchy texture.
The coffee cake was shipped frozen to arrive chilled. Upon receipt, store the cake at room temperature, or wrap tightly and store in the freezer to serve at a later date. The cake will keep unopened, up to 5 days at room temperature, up to 2 weeks, refrigerated and up to 2 months frozen. Tzurit suggests you enjoy the cake upon receipt, when it’s at its peak of freshness.
If the cake was frozen, let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Approximately 1 to 2 hours prior to serving, remove the thawed cake from the refrigerator. Serve at room temperature. If desired, warm the cake in a preheated 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes.
