Tatte Belgian Chocolate Flourless Brownie Assortment
Belgian chocolate and French cocoa from Callebaut and Valrhona are the secret behind these flourless, not-too-sweet brownies from Tatte Fine Cookies & Cakes, a Boston-area artisanal bakery famous for its European-style creations. The fudgy brownies are rich, moist and finely textured, not heavy. Our sampler includes four varieties: plain, walnut, pecan and hazelnut brownies, each carpeted with a topping of crunchy whole nuts. The treats arrive prettily packaged in a simple brown kraft paper box laced with tulle ribbon.

The brownies were shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store the brownies at room temperature, or wrap tightly and store in the freezer to serve at a later date. The brownies will keep at room temperature for up to 10 days, unopened, and up to 1 month frozen. We do not recommend refrigerating the brownies. Tzurit suggests you enjoy the brownies upon receipt, when they are at their peak of freshness.
To serve from frozen, thaw the brownies at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours. For optimal flavor, heat the thawed brownies for 20 seconds in the microwave and serve with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
