Siberian Supreme Caviar
Often compared to the finest wild sevruga caviars from the Caspian Sea, this Siberian sturgeon caviar (Acipenser Baerii) is sustainably aquacultured in the United States, at a marine laboratory that was the nation’s first to cultivate the species for harvest. Siberian sturgeons produce small- to medium-sized pearls with a medium-firm texture and clean, rich, nutty, and creamy flavors. The malassol (low salt) caviar is also characterized by its dark charcoal-grey to black color, mirror-like sheen.

- Shipped chilled with ice packs. Upon receipt remove the caviar from the carton and immediately place in the back of the refrigerator, where it is coldest. Place ice packs or an ice-filled plastic bag over the jars to maintain the optimal storage temperature of 28° to 32°F. We recommend replacing the ice daily to keep the caviar temperature constant. The ice packs that were shipped with the caviar may be refrozen and used to keep it cold. An unopened jar, when stored properly, will maintain its freshness up to 4 weeks. Once opened, the caviar will remain fresh for up to 3 days. We suggest you enjoy the caviar immediately after opening.
