Receiving Instructions
- The crab cakes are shipped frozen. Upon receipt, immediately place the crab cakes in the freezer, where they will keep up to 3 months frozen. Keep the crab cakes frozen until ready to prepare.
Preparation
- Preheat an oven to 350ºF. Place the frozen crab cakes on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Lightly brush each crab cake with melted butter or canola oil. Bake until the crab cakes are hot in the center, 12 to 14 minutes. Turn the oven to broil and place the oven rack on the highest level. Broil the crab cakes until browned on top, 1 to 2 minutes.
