Classic Angel Food Cake Pan

Baking light, fluffy angel food cakes is easy with this well-designed aluminum pan. It has a tube in the center that promotes even baking and uniform rising. Since the interior is aluminum rather than a nonstick finish, high-rising cakes won't fall.
