Baked in cork-shaped molds with chocolate chips in the batter, then dusted with confectioners' sugar, bouchons are Keller's own creation. Using this premium mix developed exclusively for Williams-Sonoma, you can easily enjoy their rich, buttery chocolate flavor and delicate texture warm from the oven.
