Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions set forth the terms and conditions for membership in the Williams Sonoma Professional Chefs program (the "Program"). Williams Sonoma may change the Williams Sonoma Professional Chefs Program or these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Williams Sonoma will post such changes online at www.williams-sonoma.com/prochefs. Any changed Terms & Conditions become effective immediately upon being posted here, and your continued use of membership constitutes your agreement to the changed Terms & Conditions.

Qualifying
The Williams Sonoma Professional Chefs program membership is only granted to i) professional chefs, ii) restaurateurs, and iii) students enrolled in an accredited culinary institution.

To qualify, please provide at least two of the following:
1. Business license indicating profession within the culinary industry.
2. Business card indicating profession within the culinary industry.
3. Certificate of completion to an accredited culinary program.
4. Certificate of completion to an accredited Sommelier program.
5. Letter printed on restaurant letterhead, certifying role as a chef.
6. Current pay stub from restaurant of employment.
7. Food service manager certification issued by local governing authority.

Current Culinary Students: please supply a copy of your valid student ID in lieu of the requirements listed above.

The Program is designed for U.S. and Canadian members only. We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Each student, chef or restaurateur must individually apply for membership by submitting their individual qualifications. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Employees of Williams Sonoma, Inc. are not eligible for membership.

Membership
Membership is not transferable. A membership card can only be used by the named card holder. The named card holder must present his/her valid membership card and valid photo identification in person to receive the trade discount at time of purchase. Misuse of membership may result in membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: any resale of merchandise purchased using the discount through any retail outlet (e.g., resale on or through any retail or auction Web site or store), reimbursement of discount upon merchandise return, transfer of membership, allowing others to use the membership card and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with a membership application. Always use your Williams Sonoma Professional Chefs program membership card for making purchases.

Discount
Discount is valid at the Williams Sonoma brand only and excludes sale items, La Cornue, Outdoor Grills, Hestan Grills, Lynx, Kalamazoo, Memphis Pro, Instant Pot, Caliber, Original Art, and the Found collection. Any discount through the Program is not valid with any other offer, on Outlet purchases, purchase of gift cards and eGift Cards or promotional items, gift wrap, shipping and processing fees or taxes. The discount is not redeemable for cash. Williams Sonoma reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the discount at its discretion. Any such changes will be posted as changed Terms & Conditions, discussed above. The Williams Sonoma Professional Chefs program is neither valid nor recognized at Outlet locations. Members may cancel their membership at any time and for any reason by calling a Dedicated Representative at (855) 567-4938 or (702) 360-7147 outside the US.

Membership Card
Members may be subject to additional terms and conditions printed on membership cards. Williams Sonoma reserves the right to terminate a membership or cancel the Williams Sonoma Professional Chefs program at its sole discretion, with or without notice to the member. Williams Sonoma may issue new cards to members who have made purchases in the past two years and have otherwise fully complied with these Terms & Conditions. Williams Sonoma is not responsible for cards lost, damaged or stolen, or for any unauthorized use of cards. Lost, stolen or damaged cards may be canceled and replaced at the sole discretion of Williams Sonoma upon receipt of the required business documentation. The membership card is not a credit card.

Termination
Williams Sonoma reserves the right to terminate a membership or cancel the Williams Sonoma Professional Chefs program at its sole discretion, with or without notice to the member. Members may cancel their membership at any time and for any reason by calling a dedicated Trade Representative at (855) 567-4938 or (702) 360-7147 from outside the US.
