The Shun Tradition
Shun precision knives are made in Seki City, Japan, famous for its 700-year-old tradition of fine metalsmithing. Using exceptionally strong metal alloys and a unique combination of forging techniques, Shun's master knife makers have taken everyday kitchen cutlery to an innovative new level of excellence.
These are the original Shun knives, combining ultra-sharp blades with Japanese-style PakkaWood handles for precise cutting control.
