White Grape Splash
The grapes at the bottom of the glass provide a surprise element, and the bright green mint adds a splash of color to this refreshing drink. You can use other types of grape juice, such as Concord, for the white grape juice.
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes as needed
- 2 or 3 bunches red or green grapes, frozen
- 3 cups white grape juice
- 1 bottle sparkling water
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Directions:
Select 4 tumblers or wineglasses. Put several ice cubes and 6 frozen grapes in each glass. Pour 3/4 cup of the grape juice over the ice, then top with about 1/4 cup of the sparkling water. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig and serve immediately. Serves 4.
