
Triple-Berry Ice Pops
These healthful pops combine three types of berries to create a refreshing summer treat. Taste the fruit juice before you freeze it; if it’s a little on the tart side, stir in a small amount of agave syrup to boost the sweetness.
Ingredients:
- 12 oz. blackberries
- 12 oz. raspberries
- 12 oz. strawberries, green tops removed
Directions:
Juice the blackberries, raspberries and strawberries in an electric juicer according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Stir the juice with a spoon. Working in batches, pour the juice into the wells of an ice pop mold and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Makes 9 pops.
