Skinny Piña Colada

Our handcrafted cocktail mixer, a blend of sweet pineapple and coconut water with a splash of Key lime—makes it easy to whip up a piña colada in just a few minutes. If you don’t want to get out your blender, you can simply shake the cocktail mix and rum with the ice and strain the mixture into ice-filled glasses.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup (6 oz./180 ml) Piña Colada Skinny Cocktail Mix
  • 3 oz. (90 ml) rum
  • 1 cup (4 oz./125 g) ice
  • 2 pineapple wedges or spears (optional)

Directions:

In a blender, combine the cocktail mix, rum and ice and blend until smooth. Divide between two double old-fashioned glasses. Garnish with the pineapple and serve immediately. Makes 2 drinks.
