Passion Fruit Bellinis

Easy to prepare using our sweet-tart cocktail mixer, passion fruit bellinis make a sparkling start to a celebratory brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle (12.5 fl. oz./369 ml) passion fruit bellini mix
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling wine

Directions:

In a large pitcher, combine the bellini mix and sparkling wine. Stir gently, divide among 6 champagne flutes and serve immediately. Serves 6.
