Not-So-Secret Sauce

Plain old ketchup can’t hold a candle to our not-so-secret sauce. This amazing condiment elevates everything from French fries and onion rings to burgers and fried chicken sandwiches.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (4 oz./125 g) ketchup
  • 1/2 cup (4 fl. oz./125 ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbs. barbecue sauce
  • Kosher salt

Directions:

In a bowl, stir together the ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard and barbecue sauce. Season with 1/2 tsp. salt, plus more if desired. The sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Makes about 1 1/4 cups (10 fl. oz./310 ml).
