Hot Honey Mustard

It’s super-simple to create your own hot honey mustard with just five ingredients. This sweet and spicy condiment boosts the flavor of burgers and sandwiches and makes a fabulous dip for chicken wings, pretzels and sliced veggies.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (2 oz./60 g) Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup (2 fl. oz./60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (3 oz./90 g) honey
  • Splash of apple cider vinegar, distilled vinegar or fresh lemon juice
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste

Directions:

In a bowl, stir together the mustard, mayonnaise, honey and vinegar. Season to taste with cayenne. The mustard can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Makes about 3/4 cup (6 fl. oz./180 ml).
