Greek Yogurt "Granch"

Boasting all the great flavors of classic ranch dressing, our creamy version is healthy-ish thanks to Greek yogurt. Serve it with your favorite crackers and raw veggies for the ultimate dip.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (8 oz./250 g) Greek yogurt
  • 3 to 4 Tbs. ranch seasoning
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tbs. water

Directions:

In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, ranch seasoning, lemon juice and water. The dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Makes about 1 1/4 cups (10 oz./315 g).
