Fruit Juice Pops
A cooling treat on a hot summer day, these fruit juice pops are a snap to make. If you use fruit juice concentrate, be sure to combine it with an equal amount of water, as instructed below.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups fruit juice or 3/4 cup fruit juice
concentrate combined with 3/4 cup water
Directions:
Insert the molds into the tray of a sailboat pop mold. Pour the juice or juice-water mixture into the molds, leaving 1/8 inch of space at the top (liquid ingredients expand as they freeze).
Insert the sticks and place the tray in the freezer. Freeze until the pops are solid, about 6 hours.
Run the mold under warm water for a couple of seconds. Holding a pop by the stick, pull it out of the mold, gently squeezing the mold's base at the same time. Repeat with the remaining pops. Makes 6 pops.
