Rated 5 out of 5 by TribulationExodus from Healthy - Top Quality - I own 5 Pans In the pursuit of Whole Foods Plant Base Nutrition w/no added SOS (Sugar, Oil, Salt) for optimal nutrition, we have removed plastic food containers & Aluminum Non-Stick Pans from the kitchen. Unfortunately junk ceramic pans are abundant. Twilling Hinkle pans are the first ones that really work exceptionally well. Remember, we use no oil in them & having tremendous success. The end of year price point & free shipping only amplified the value of these exceptional quality pans. Hindsight being 20/20, it was the best decision we could make. Very happy with our purchase decision. By the way, the handles do stay cool to the touch. My only knock on it: I wish the pans had a thick copper core & 100% stainless steel. Fortunately the aluminum is completely sealed in the ceramic and stainless steel outer coating.Date published: 2017-01-08Rated 5 out of 5 by CameraGuy from Very well made, solid non-stick pan The Zwilling Ceramic Fry Pan looks, feels and works extremely well. This was a gift to my daughter-in-law and she loves it. She is meticulous in her care of her pans and we will see how long the ceramic surface remains non-stick. For now it is fabulous - non-stick, so easy to clean and looks great, deserving a solid five stars!Date published: 2017-01-07Rated 5 out of 5 by oldtimecook from 8" Zwilling Nonstick Ceramic is Egg Perfect I love this pan. I have used this pan 3 times for scrambled eggs and and French toast using pasteurized eggs. I follow pan directions staying between medium and low heat on a gas range. As recommended, I use a bit of unsalted butter or coconut oil. I let the pan cool before washing by hand with warm water and free and clear dish detergent. I love how food slides off the slick surface and the fast cleanup. I gave my son-in-law similar 8"' & 10" Zwilling "blue" ceramic pans two years ago and have been jealous ever since. Now I am enjoying my own. I hang on a pot rack to store. Looking forward to cooking fish. Perfect size for single serving.Date published: 2016-10-21Rated 4 out of 5 by jpcustomer from toasted cheese So far I have used this sweet little pan only to toast cheese—toss in a couple of thin slices and cook it till it bubbles out all the moisture and becomes crisp as it cools. Toasted cheese was a favorite shipboard snack among British officers during the Napoleonic Wars. There's a reason for that.Date published: 2016-09-27
