- It is not advisable to use any knife but a meat cleaver to cut through bone, as other blades can be easily damaged.

The handle is comfortable to use and it lies flat at the edge of a plate. The knives are easy to wash and dry by hand. I have been very happy with the appearance and performance of the knives.
