For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

I bought this book a couple of weeks ago and have tried 3 recipes and experienced issues with each. The turkey chili did not have enough liquid to come to pressure; the rice pudding although somewhat creamy warm, hardened beyond belief when refrigerated; my butcher cut short ribs were tough and against my better judgment, I quick released as the recipe instructed. I used less meat than 5 lbs and kept the 45 minute cook time... All the flavors were spot on as always with your Recipes; I have used you as a reference for years! Any tips? Should I have purchased a different book for my electric pressure cooker/slow cooker? In the meantime, I am making notes in my book to add more liquid, longer cook time - short ribs. Use less rice????
