Rated 2 out of 5 by andyindy from Great for one year I would have given this pan 5 stars early on but after 2 years the teflon has begun to peel and everything sticks to the pan. This pan has always been hand washed and only plastic utensils were used on it. The teflon is peeling on the top edges next to the stainless steel. For this price I would have expected this pan to last longer. Very disappointed.Date published: 2018-08-12Rated 5 out of 5 by Jthe701Coordinator from Have both the 12" and 8" pans I've had my 2 nonstick pans in this line for 3 years and have never had any issue with them. I cook on an electric stove and the heat response is great! The handles are thick and comfortable, and the lid is nice and thick. I ALWAYS handwash my nonstick pans (and even my stainless steel ones) and I ONLY use non-metal tools on it. It does say that the nonstick is dishwasher safe and scratch resistant; regardless I do not that. So 3 years later, these pans are performing like its the first day I bought them.Date published: 2017-07-06Rated 1 out of 5 by Taren from Doesn't wear well I bought this nonstick pan to match my set of Williams Sonoma pans. Wish I had read these reviews. I have had the same problem with the nonstick coating chipping around the edges. Could have saved a lot of money and bought a cheap pan with the same outcome. This pan was a waste of money. Do not buy!Date published: 2017-06-09Rated 4 out of 5 by SG70 from Loved It - thermoclad stainless Looks really sharp, just keep in mind the stainless steel outside can be tough to clean. Very effective heat distribution in the pan.Date published: 2016-09-16Rated 2 out of 5 by CookIowa from Starts Great - Ends Poorly I have owned two of these pans - each for about 10 months. In both cases they were wonderful to start out with, but over time (much less than a year) the non-stick material began to wear away, leaving large areas that were no-longer non-stick. I bought these because I was tired of replacing cheap non-stick pans every year, and with the kids grown and gone I hoped that one pan would last a long time. But . . . it was not meant to be. I would hesitate to spend the money for this pan, as it appears to last no longer than other much less expensive pans from discount stores.Date published: 2015-12-07Rated 5 out of 5 by NWIT from Marvelous fry pan sensation in kitchen Beautiful pan that cooks wonderfully. Clean up is a snap. After my experience using the 12" Williams-Sonoma Thermo-Clad Stainless-Steel Nonstick Covered Fry Pan, I have purchased two other pots/pans within the line and intend to purchase others. The only drawback to the 12" nonstick fry pan is that the base (cooking area) is actually 9 1/2".Date published: 2015-07-07Rated 1 out of 5 by cookmama from Disappointed I got my pan as a gift and loved it immediately. All was well until it started to flake on the edges. I read other reviews and it seems to be a common issue. Very disappointed.Date published: 2015-03-25Rated 1 out of 5 by cookchh from Great shape, non stick started flaking I had this pan for 17 months. I loved it, nice deep bottom, came with a lid. I took great care with it. But, after 17 months, the non stick coating started to flake on the edges. Luckily I was able to get a refund. There was no sign of overheating on the pan at all. I purchased an All-Clad in its place.Date published: 2015-01-06
