Preparation Instructions

• 16 Tbs. unsalted butter, room temperature
• 3 large eggs, beaten, room temperature
• Sugar packet (included)
• Mix packet (included)

Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 8" x 4" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Using electric mixer fitted with flat beater, cream butter on medium-high speed until light and fluffy. Slowly add sugar packet and beaten eggs, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. Beat on medium-high until smooth. Slowly add mix and blend until just combined.

Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly with wet spatula. Bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean and top is dark golden brown, approx. 70–80 minutes.

Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 30 minutes. Invert pan onto rack and remove pan. Let cake cool completely before serving.
