Rated 5 out of 5 by Lizzy from Love love love this! I buy cooking sauces from here frequently. This is one of the best. I think this a Thai curry sauce but I made it into an Indian curry. I seasoned my chicken with tikka masala seasoning then browned the chicken. I added onions, garlic and heavy cream to the slow cooker then the cooked chicken. It was divine. Even my kids loved it and that never happens. We ate it several times that day. I will definitely repurchase.Date published: 2019-09-18Rated 5 out of 5 by Karen19203 from Easy & Delicious I invited several friends over for dinner following a Sunday matinee theater performance so decided to use the slow cooker. I used diced potatoes, carrots, onions and grated garlic with diced chicken thighs and about a cup of chicken broth with the coconut curry sauce. I added sautéed mushrooms before serving the dish with fresh cilantro garnish. Everyone loved it! Will definitely use this again.Date published: 2019-03-04Rated 5 out of 5 by 2NJenn from SOOOOO Delicious! I love curry but seldom have enough time to pull a homemade sauce together, especially on a week night. This sauce is delicious, full of yummy curry flavor and so easy! This will be in regular rotation in my house going forward!Date published: 2018-08-01Rated 5 out of 5 by ArBrt21 from Weekday time saver Purchased this sauce a month ago. I didnt follow the directions but seasoned the chicken thighs and legs with salt and pepper. I poured the sauce into the crock pot, added half a cup of heavy cream and then stirred the chicken into the sauce. 2 hours later we had a delicious dinner that everyone enjoyed. I used 4 legs and 4 thighs the first time but will add more chicken the second time around. My whole family loved this sauce and it's going to be my answer to driving across town to our favorite Indian restaurant in the middle week.Date published: 2018-02-05Rated 5 out of 5 by shoplotz from Excellent I have purchased and made the suggested recipe several times. It's outstanding. I used more chicken than the jar suggests and there is plenty of sauce leftover. I do not understand the negative reviews. Personally, they seem unwarranted. I serve it with rice and broccoli and it's a terrific meal.Date published: 2017-10-30Rated 5 out of 5 by Lara from Wonderful and super easy I just browned some chicken breast and onions and threw it in my slow cooker. 1!/2 hours later I had a wonderful dinner. It did remind me of tikka masala without the cream, so I could see why it would be a recommended add in. I didn’t think it needed it. It was wonderful on its own. Obviously this is an Indian, not a Thai curry, so the spices are different.Date published: 2017-10-19Rated 2 out of 5 by Samosagirl from Had high hopes It looked and sounded so delicious, but it wasn’t nearly as tasty as we’d hoped. We tried to improve things after the initial taste test with cream (as recommended by the salesperson), and canned roasted tomatoes and chickpeas. The additional ingredients helped slightly, but I won’t be purchasing this again and don’t recommend it. Other slow cooker and braising sauces we’ve tried we like far more than this one.Date published: 2017-10-11Rated 5 out of 5 by DallasMissyD from Easy Dinner! Loved this sauce. I browned the chicken, added the sauce, and a can of diced tomatoes. I love spices, so I added more curry, red pepper flakes, and some garam masala. Used directions to make it in the oven. After it was finished I added some greek yougurt to finish. It was amazing.Date published: 2017-08-29
