Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

Says made in China on the bottom of the piece. Yet the banner on the product photo on the website says Made in USA and the dimension copy says handmade in Mexico. I would return it but am keeping it due to the good sales price.Date published: 2018-07-04Rated 5 out of 5 by WiBiC from Minimal seasoning required This is the main paella pan I use. It can be used on grill or stove top. Because of the thicker aluminum, it retains heat well and have not had any issues with hot spots.It does not require extensive seasoning like a high carbon steel paella pan. Can just rub it down with oil before use, in order to prevent sticking and make the clean up easier. I have always gotten excellent results with nice formation of the socarrat. I tend to use it with a universal type lid (with a steam vent). I know purists may object and say it should be covered using aluminum foil, but for me, the reusable lid (found elsewhere) seems less wasteful. I noted in the cons that it is "difficult to clean", but this is generally because all paella pans take a bit of effort to clean because of the crusty bottom of the paella. However it is not more difficult to clean than other types of paella pans. I just usually soak overnight and it's very easy to clean the next morning - doesn't require lots of elbow grease, but usually requires soaking. As with other paella pans, it isn't small, so will take a bit of space to store it, but can stack other things, like pizza pans or cake pans, with it easily.Date published: 2018-06-29
