When we set out to design our own line of wooden cooking spoons, we stayed true to the "function first" philosophy of our founder, Chuck Williams. The wood is tumbled to create an ultra-smooth finish, and the gently tapered handle feels comfortable in the hand for a range of tasks. This all-purpose wooden spoon is beautiful enough to use at the table for serving.
- Choose from olivewood, maple or walnut spoon.
- Handle is shaped like an artists’ paintbrush for a comfortable grip.
- Ideal for cooking with nonstick cookware, glass and porcelain.
- Designed and developed by Williams Sonoma.
- Dimensions & More Info
- 14" long.
- Made in China.
- Use & Care
- Hand-wash and dry thoroughly.
- To prevent drying and cracking and to preserve the wood's natural finish, periodically apply a thick coat of food-safe mineral oil to the surface.

They are worn out at the tips of the spoons and the wood actually came off while I was cooking. Glad I noticed or we would have eaten the wood splinters. Not a good product!! See photos. I do not recommend anyone purchasing this product!!!Date published: 2017-07-25Rated 1 out of 5 by SJWhitt73 from Olivewood spoon split only after 2nd use I am very disappointed. When I got my wooden spoon, I was so excited. It looked like a very high quality item. Only on the 2nd use did the spoon split at the bottom, almost through the length of the spoon portion.Date published: 2017-02-01Rated 1 out of 5 by txtracy from splintered apart stirring rice on first use This spoon splintered apart the first time I used it, while stirring rice in a pan of water. I ordered the walnut spoon, and I am so disappointed in the quality of this item.Date published: 2016-10-06Rated 1 out of 5 by arnaud from Too fragile I have use the spoon for couple of months but unfortunately the spoon n the floor and big chunk of wood broke. I have never add problem with other "quality" wood spoon in the past and I drop them couple of time. None of them broke. The spoon is made with MDF wood, not from a piece of wood. I didn't want one that may splinter so came to Wm Sonoma. This spoon is so nice, I prayed it didn't get ruined in the candy process. It came out fine. I'm thinking of getting the entire set.Date published: 2016-02-02
