Rated 5 out of 5 by ChefMay from Every omelet lover’s dream spatula! First of all, THANK YOU Williams-Sonoma for having the best ever customer service! UPS had lost my package (from January to now!) yet Williams-Sonoma offered to send me a replacement and to keep the original package if UPS miraculously finds it. Second of all, THANK YOU again for inventing this awesome device for us OCD omelet lovers! Up until now, I have searched for a good, wide angled silicone spatula. My standards were never met, but here it is! Wide angled enough to catch the entire omelet. Thin edge to scoop up the egg without tearing it. Flexible, yet tough so it maneuvers efficiently. Silicone throughout so it stays cool all times and does not scratch your pan (I use Le Creuset enameled coated pan). Worth every penny and is sure to last for a lifetime!Date published: 2018-03-20Rated 5 out of 5 by CulinaryCailliers from Excellent tool This spatula works great and we use it for many more applications than just eggs. Our only wish is that it came in black, ours has started to discolor over time.Date published: 2017-06-13Rated 5 out of 5 by alexgal from AMAZING This product is simply amazing: I always wanted to learn how to make a perfect omelette; and with this spatula my dream came true. The flipping side is wide enough to flip an omelette without breaking it. Great product and implementation. A must-have!Date published: 2017-02-20Rated 5 out of 5 by Vermontgreen from Eggcellent tool Bright yellow silicone make it easy to find and perfect for using with egg dishes. Very good for aiding in folding omelettes but also good for scraping the pan when making scrambled eggs or other egg dishes. All silicone makes for easy clean up and no chance of yucky mold on joins with mixed materials.Date published: 2017-01-15Rated 5 out of 5 by margeo from very good spatula I purchased this for use with my ceramic Williams Sonoma fry pan set. Works great, is easy to use and great quality. Also bought this as a gift to go with the fry pan set I purchased for my son. Great for making scrambled eggs.Date published: 2016-11-08Rated 5 out of 5 by KBsingsBARI from Love, Love, Love It!!! It's perfect for omelets and scrambled eggs. I ordered the yellow one and just ordered another one for my cousin as a gift. She used it while visiting and fell in love with it also. Keep more yellow in stock!Date published: 2016-08-28Rated 5 out of 5 by toshi from high quality and versatile I have used this tool for some months now. It has a nice thin edge and is flexible. I find myself using this for many cooking projects. It is perfect for working with eggs but also works very well for flipping other foods during sauteing. It is very nicely made and designed. I think it may end up replacing several spatulas.Date published: 2016-06-23Rated 5 out of 5 by Chicagoone from Really is the ultimate I make egg white omelettes every day, and this tool is the best. I have tried many different spatulas and tools in the past, and none are as good as this beauty. I just ordered two more which says a lot. Makes turning your omelette a breeze. Easy clean up too. Highly recommended.Date published: 2016-03-29
