Designed especially for creating charming thumbprint cookies, our spring-loaded stamps help you bake the classic treats with exceptional ease. Simply roll out sugar or shortbread dough to 1/4" thick, then use the stamps to cut out heart, circle and rectangle shapes embossed with elegantly frilled edges and center thumbprint impressions. After baking, fill the centers of the cookies with creamy ganache or colorful jam.

- For best results, use with homemade dough prepared from scratch.
- We recommend lightly flouring stamps for the smoothest release.
- Roll out, stamp and cut cookie dough on baking parchment, then transfer parchment with cut-out cookies to baking sheet.
- To promote well-defined details, chill cut-out stamped dough before baking.
- After baking and cooling cookies, fill centers with desired amount of ganache or jam.

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Used this with a rolled sugar cookie cutter recipe. 1/4 was too thin and the center cut thru. Increased to about a 1/3 inch and looked good but when cooked the center indention disappeared. My first batch was a butter cookie rolled out to the recommended 1/4" thickness. It was too thin as I ended up with holes in the center. I increased to 3/8" and they were perfect. The butter cookies were a little puffy and lost some of the design. Next I will try the shortbread recipe shown in the other reviews. My first attempt was with the Chocolate Tahini Linzer Cookies from 2018 Bon Appetit. This dough is a bit fussy as it warms so quickly. Wish I had read the reviews that suggested making balls and pressing into the stamp!! As mentioned by others, rolling to the appropriate thickness is critical. Will be looking for those rails that aid in a consistent roll!!! I have been baking these cookies left and right. I got a really good shortbread recipe that doesn’t spread. I use a variety of jams and I make them extra thick. They come out moist and buttery every time. Instead of rolling a sheet of dough out and stamping, I ball up a healthy one inch size scoop of dough and press it in there and then punch it out. TO Melinda who reviewed the cutters along with the beautiful thick cookies. How long do you bake those and at what temp? Those are exactly what I am looking to create.Not Melinda but I can answer. If you use a simple shortbread recipe. 25 min or until edges start to get rosy. Standard baking temp of 350. Be sure to chill your cookies before baking and make sure that oven is hot. I bought your stamp cookies and though you would include a tried and true recipe. I have no idea what recipe to use. A shortbread or a thumbprint recipe? Should I use a recipe that is rolled with a rolling pin? I have no idea.Hi Robbyn, These can be used with any recipe of choice. We’ve used them for sugar and gingerbread cookies. How do you clean these cookie stamps? I bought similar Christmas cookie cutters, and could easily take them apart. These ones I couldn't. I tried, but didn't want to break them.
