Our high-performance pot has an innovative aluminum base that decreases heat-up time by up to 40%. A series of fins comes in direct contact with the flame on your gas cooktop, gathering and channeling heat into the base. Equipped with a perforated insert, this stainless-steel pot quickly cooks and drains pasta, vegetables and shellfish. Use the stockpot on its own to simmer soups and stews.

For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

From the date of purchase, Williams-Sonoma guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal.
Should your Williams-Sonoma cookware require repair or replacement, please contact our Consumer Service Department by phone at 1-800-541-1262 (4am – 9pm PST) 7 days a week or email us at email@example.com for return procedures and a return authorization number. If Williams-Sonoma confirms a defect and approves your claim, Williams-Sonoma will elect to repair or replace the item without charge.

I used it to cook macaroni and loved not having to carry a big heavy pot of water over to the sink. It worked perfectly. However, when I went to clean the pot the inside bottom had several areas where it changed color and looked pitted. I was so disappointed. I called and the sent UPS the next day to pick up the pot and another one arrived two days later. I haven't used the new one as yet but hopefully it will be okay. This large pot is exceptional! It really does boil quickly. It cooks the food perfectly AND if you have to strainer pot in the regular pot, it does not boil over the sides at all. It cooks pasta, potatoes, anything perfectly.The pot has cut-in grooves on the bottom, which, if you have a gas range, works fantastically at bringing your contents to a boil very quickly. It is made of heavy stainless-steel, as is the insert and a very nice cover.
