Preparation Instructions

• 12 Tbs. (1 1/2 sticks/185 g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 1 package cookie mix (included)
• All-purpose flour for dusting
• 1 package sugar (included)

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using electric mixer, beat butter on medium speed until smooth. Add cookie mix and beat until dough forms ball, approx. 2 minutes. On lightly floured work surface, roll out dough to approx. 1/2 inch (12 mm) thick. Using sharp knife or cookie cutters, cut into desired shapes. Transfer cookie to baking sheet, spacing at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) apart. Bake 10 minutes, then rotate baking sheet and continue baking until cookies are light golden brown and firm to the touch, approx. 5 minutes more. Immediately sprinkle hot cookies with sugar. Transfer to wire rack and let cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
